Chair Publication Committee
Organize and coordinate Publications with committee members
Attend monthly board meetings and twice yearly Board Retreats
Develop and gain approval for committee budget
Monitor budget to make sure it is never exceeded
Find volunteer designers, and supervise the production of HalfBleed, the Club's monthly newsletter, and FullBleed, the Club's quarterly magazine
Supervise, and take responsibility for gathering information and other editorial for each publication
Supervise, and take responsibility for getting advertising for each publication
Supervise and take responsibility for getting printing and paper for each publication
Obtain or require designers to obtain all necessary vendors to produce each publication
Work with Executive Director to mail publications
